)Rhonda Aaron founder of Sister Friends United a 501c3 non-profit organization consist of a diverse sisterhood of women ranging in age from 27-61. Founded in October 2007 became incorporated in the State of Arkansas with a mission to “empower women to better serve the community”. 2)Lafrancis Phifer with The CALL in Pulaski County, the model of The CALL was developed, in partnership with the Arkansas DHS Division of Children and Family Services to educate, equip, and encourage the Christian community to provide a future and a hope to the children in foster care in Arkansas.
