The ailment has led to the postponement of her upcoming show scheduled at Lima’s Estadio Nacional on Sunday (February 16) as part of her Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran tour. Shakira made the announcement in a post on her Instagram Stories, revealing that “The doctors who are taking care of me have informed me I’m not in condition to perform a concert tonight.” The Latin music superstar is hoping for a quick recovery so the tour can continue. “I hope to be better tomorrow and to be discharged as soon as possible to be able to give you the show I’ve prepared for all of you,” she wrote, adding that her team is working on rescheduling the Lima date, “Our plan is to do this show as soon as possible.” Shakira’s tour is set to continue in Colombia starting on February 21 in her birthplace of Barranquilla.
