Two Batesville teenagers are facing criminal charges for 'sexting'.

A new Arkansas law passed back in August says if you're under 18, it's illegal. It prohibits images of children engaged in sexually explicit conduct for use in visual, print or digital form. This basically means if your teen sends or receives nude or sexual pictures, they can be charged with a class A misdemeanor.

This new law holds both the sender and receiver accountable. Authorities hope it will cut down on teen 'sexting' all together.

Little Rock police are investigating a robbery at the McDonald's on Broadway.

Police say at least two men walked into the restaurant around 2 a.m Wednesday morning with guns. At least one person is in custody. No word on how much money was stolen.

Kmart had barely announced its decision to stay open for on Thanksgiving Day when people started lashing out.

Hundreds of Kmart customers took to social media. They're threatening to boycott the store if it doesn't reverse its decision, so that its employees can spend Thanksgiving with their families. People are calling the company "heartless," "greedy," "shameful" and "disgusting."

Kmart has opened at 6 a.m. on Thanksgiving for the past three years. Last year, however, stores closed at 4 p.m. to let shoppers and employees get to their Thanksgiving dinners. Many stores are open on Thanksgiving Day, but are waiting until the evening to throw open their doors to deal hunters.

Speeding still makes up about 54 percent of tickets in the U.S., and accounts for about $2 billion dollars in revenue for law enforcement agencies. Some tips to avoid getting slapped with fines if you get pulled over:

1. The very first thing is to have situational awareness. If traffic slows, there's a reason.

2. Be ready for anything. There are speed traps from moving and stationary radar, lidar, known-location speed cameras, stopwatch calculators, and just plain visual observation. Slow down and be alert.

3. "Keep a low profile—don't call attention to yourself. A minivan in the slow lane is less likely to get a ticket than a red Ferrari."

4. Keep quiet. Diamond says to present your license and registration and insurance card, and that's it. Do it in a polite way, nice and respectful. Antagonists get the most tickets.

5. Fight every ticket. In court, attacks on the legality of a speed-limit sign have been known to work.
