Early voting in Arkansas: Locations open Monday to Saturday, find your polling place

Election Day for the 2024 general election is less than 3 weeks away, and poll workers are getting prepared for early voting to open up on Monday in the state.

Election Coordinator Amanda Dickens with the Pulaski County Election Commission said they are getting ready for Monday, but there are a few changes this year.

“We have asked for extra patrols around our polling sites this election from all of the jurisdictions in the county,” said Dickens. “We have trained our poll workers to let us know about certain things and to report things, so I think that we are going to be good.”

According to the Arkansas Secretary of State’s office, 1,823,579 Arkansans are registered to vote which is around 5,000 less than the 2020 election at 1,828,811 registered voters.
