2)State Representative Vivian Flowers who represents much of Jefferson County in the Arkansas House of Representatives, she is here to talk with us about the 2023 Arkansas Legislative Session. She personally worked on a Bill to give nonviolent offenders with felonies their gun rights back. The bill made it through committee but failed in the Senate. The Affirmative Action’s bill did not pass either However, 2 bills that passed were the governors crime bill, and the LEARNS Act.
