1)Dr. Keith Morris with the central Arkansas gastroenterology clinic. This month is colorectal cancer awareness month and we’re reminding everyone to schedule the colonoscopy especially African Americans over the age of 40. I will be doing a live broadcast at the Central Arkansas gastroenterology clinic this Friday from 12 noon until two answering questions about the colon and colorectal cancer for more information call 501-664-7200.  

2)Dr. Marian Evans is the Coordinator of the Minority Initiative Sub-Recipient Grant Office and Interim Director of the Minority Research Center on Tobacco & Addictions at the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff. Clearing the air conference to focus on new ways of tobacco. Wednesday, March 8,  from 8am to 2pm. The conference is virtual and open to the public, but registration is required.
