2)Trena Mitchell with the Arkansas Cancer Coalition to talk about the Cancer race on June 24th . The mission of the Arkansas Cancer Race is to decrease the burden of cancer in our community, one step at a time. Due to COVID-19 (and just because it’s fun), the race will be virtual. So, your racetrack is wherever you are most comfortable. You can register and donate at arcancercoalition.org/donors/.

3)Dr. Patrice Bax with Brandon House Cultural and Performing Arts Center are proud to welcome you to its Ribbon Cutting and Silent Auction on Thursday, May 5th, 2022 from 4:00 – 8:00 p.m. The event will be at our newest location at 12120 Colonel Glenn Road, Bowman Plaza #2, Suite 1000, Little Rock, AR 72210. Brandon House is a community-based center whose programs and services are designed to increase the educational equity and talent development pipeline for high-risk youth in the state that haven’t been given adequate access to artistic, vocational, or academic programming; and to support the creative talents of low-wealth artists, musicians, and creative professionals. For more information call (501) 725-5757.
