President Obama said yesterday he was sorry Americans are losing health insurance plans that he had previously said they could keep, and promised to work with those who are finding themselves in a tough situation as a result.

His remarks came as a bipartisan bill was introduced in the Senate to delay the implementation of the individual mandate of ObamaCare by one year. If passed, Americans would avoid a $95 penalty for not having health insurance that is scheduled to kick in next year.

Police found a man with a loaded 40-caliber Glock in his overalls while he was attending a function on Little Rock School District Property.

A records check turned up warrants against 39-year-old Zyphria Watts. He was arested on a charge of illegal possession of a handgun on school property.

LRPD confirms Watts has two children who attend that school. Watts claimed he had just come from a hunting trip. Watts was taken to the Pulaski County Jail, but the FBI will be taking him to federal court today behind outstanding federal drug warrants out on him.

An update for you now on a story we told you about yesterday. North Little Rock police have released the names of the three people killed in an accident in North Little Rock Wednesday night.

Those who died were 20-year-old Carmesha Womack of Jacksonville, 22-year-old Kenjuan Martin of Little Rock, and 45-year-old Nena Myers of Beebe. A fourth person involved in the accident was taken to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries.

Womack was driving with Martin Wednesday night around 8:30 p.m on Valentine Road. Myers was going the opposited direction when she swerved and hit Womack's car head-on. Police don't know why she swerved. The investigation continues.

The FBI is investigating the University of Arkansas for overspending allegations.

Authorities said the fundraising division is short $4.2 million. The prosecutor's office is looking at charges for accounting mishaps that led to the deficit. They are also investigating claims that leaders mishandled or destroyed public records.

In October, the university agreed to change its accounting methods. Investigators are still working to get both sides of the issue.

A North Little Rock man is behind bars after authorities find a moonshine brewing kit in his home.
29-year-old Bradley Burchfield was arrested by Alcoholic Beverage Control agents and charged with a felony count of possessing an alcohol still which carries a maximum sentence of six years.

Burchfield is also on parole after being convicted of residential burglary in Hope. He's currently being held at the Pulaski County jail. 

Agents say it's the first moonshine bust in Pulaski County in more than nine years.
