DMX Goes Back To Jail

The Arizona Republic reports DMX was sent back to jail Tuesday night in Phoenix after he allegedly violated his probation by using cocaine and other drugs. DMX served over 90 days in an Arizona jail last year on charges of animal cruelty, drug possession and theft. The rapper, whose birth name is Earl Simmons, had been in the midst of serving 18 months of supervised probation in connection with an assault that occurred while he was in jail. A Maricopa County, Arizona sheriff says his deputies have arrested DMX a total of five times.
